Jewelry Workshop – Lost Wax Casting with Flor Rubaja
Have you ever dreamed of creating your own personalized jewelry? Join us at Lulolab for a unique experience with Flor Rubaja, where you’ll discover the ancient technique of lost wax casting to bring your designs to life.
What will you do during the workshop?
During these 3 hours, you’ll explore the world of lost wax casting by experimenting with shapes, textures, bending, and soldering. You can create rings, earrings, pendants, or any other design you envision!
At the end of the workshop, you’ll choose one of your creations (or up to 7 grams of metal) to be cast in bronze, brass, or silver—your choice. Any additional wax pieces you make can be taken home with you. After 20-25 days, you can pick up your finished piece directly at Lulolab.
Workshop Tips:
- We recommend starting with simple designs.
- Bring reference images or rough sketches of your ideas.
- If you have a clear idea, you can bring a life-size drawing.
- No experience in jewelry-making or fine arts is required, but if you have some, it will be an advantage!
Included: All materials needed to create your jewelry piece.
Additional costs: For extra pieces or larger designs.
Please note: This course requires a minimum of 4 participants to start. In case of low enrollment, we will cancel and reschedule the session, always keeping you updated.
